It’s Time for Obama to Stop Blaming Bush

By Charles Krauthammer

WASHINGTON — Old Soviet joke:

Moscow, 1953. Stalin calls in Khrushchev.

“Niki, I’m dying. Don’t have much to leave you. Just three envelopes. Open them, one at a time, when you get into big trouble.”

A few years later, first crisis. Khrushchev opens envelope 1: “Blame everything on me. Uncle Joe.”

A few years later, a really big crisis. Opens envelope 2: “Blame everything on me. Again. Good luck, Uncle Joe.”

Third crisis. Opens envelope 3: “Prepare three envelopes.”

In the Barack Obama version, there are 50 or so such blame-Bush free passes before the gig is up. By my calculation, Obama has already burned through a good 49. Is there anything he hasn’t blamed George W. Bush for? The economy, global warming, the credit crisis, Middle East stalemate, the deficit, anti-Americanism abroad — everything but swine flu.

Charles, without each other to blame, how can they justify ripping off the American people?

It’s Obama’s cover to blame bush. Look, this new President has not did one thing for this country except to “apologize” to the rest of the world for us be being a Free Market System country which He is dismantling as we speak.

There is an interesting book out that all American who espouse Free Trade should read. It is Ha-Joon Chang’s “Bad Samaritans”. It is excellent in dismissing the arguement that unfettered capitalism and wide open international trade can lift struggling nations out of poverty. This whole free trade BS has done nothing to further our nation, only that of China and India. Get a grip, Krauthammer!

Judy Brown…………I would like to invite you to read the book “Arguing with Idiots”, written by Glenn Beck. It just might shed some light onto your knowledge of the Free Market System that has been in the United States for over 200 years and works just fine “if the socialists & Marxists keep their fingers out of the pie and quit demanding their ungrateful “entitlements”.
